Why post-construction cleaning is its own job
Drywall dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine enough to settle into window tracks, air vents, light fixtures, and cabinet seams, and it keeps resurfacing for weeks if it is only wiped off the visible surfaces. A post-construction clean uses a different process from a regular cleaning: the crew works top to bottom, so that ceilings, fixtures, and upper surfaces are finished before anyone touches the floors, and dust that falls during the work is picked up on the way down rather than left behind.
Rough clean and final clean
On larger projects it is usually worth splitting the work in two. A rough clean goes in once the major trades are finished and clears the bulk of the debris and dust so the remaining work happens in a cleaner space. A final clean follows at the end, once everything is installed, and brings the space to handover condition. Smaller remodels generally only need the final clean. What we need on site
Working power and running water, the trades finished in the areas being cleaned, and large debris already removed. We handle construction dust, residue, and leftover packaging; we are not a demolition or hauling service, so dumpster loads and material removal need to be cleared before we arrive. If the site is not ready on the day, we would rather reschedule than do half a job.
Where we work
We cover Cincinnati and the surrounding Ohio counties — Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont — along with Northern Kentucky, including Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. Contractors working to a handover date should book as early as possible, since final cleans cluster at the end of the month.
