What an office clean actually covers
Every visit covers the areas your team and your visitors touch: desks and workstations wiped down, common areas and conference rooms reset, restrooms cleaned and restocked, kitchens and break rooms degreased, trash and recycling emptied, and floors vacuumed or mopped throughout. Glass doors, entry mats, and high-touch points like light switches, handles, and shared equipment are part of the standard pass rather than an upsell. Deeper work on a slower cycle — interior windows, baseboards, upholstery, hard-floor machine work — is scheduled monthly or quarterly so it never competes with the day-to-day for time.
How office cleaning is priced
There is no flat rate for commercial work, because two offices of identical square footage can take very different amounts of time. Four things set your price: total square footage, how often we come, the number of restrooms and break areas, and whether we work during business hours or after you close. Open-plan space cleans faster per square foot than a warren of private offices; a floor with two restrooms and a full kitchen takes meaningfully longer than one with a single restroom. We quote after a walkthrough so the number you get is the number you pay, and recurring schedules price lower per visit than one-off service.
After hours, or while you work
Most offices prefer we come after close, so the work is invisible and nobody is vacuuming behind a sales call. That needs access sorted up front: a key, a fob, an alarm code, or a contact who can let the team in. Every Neatify professional is background-checked before they are assigned to a site, and we keep the same crew on your building wherever scheduling allows, so you are not re-explaining your layout every week. If you would rather we work during business hours, that is fine too — it simply changes how we sequence the rooms.
Where we work
We cover Cincinnati and the surrounding Ohio counties — Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont — along with Northern Kentucky, including Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. If your company runs more than one location in the area, we can put them on a single schedule and a single invoice rather than treating each as a separate account.
